Our food system touches many critical aspects of our Fairfax communities. The Fairfax Food Council’s 2021 virtual Food Summit will bring together individuals and organizations to reflect on the equity impact within our food system – during the pandemic – on health, employment, new food partners and collaborations, urban agriculture and first-time food insecure residents. What changed? What worked? What should remain going forward?
You’ll hear from an exceptional roster of speakers who will highlight their responses. Full agenda, topics and speakers
Thanks to the support of the Virginia Foundation for Healthy Youth and the Capital Area Food Bank, lunch is offered to the first 250 registrants. It can be picked up at the conclusion of the summit, at the Fairfax County Government Center.
